March 22, 2005, from 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.

Each student is asked to submit an entry form which can be found here.
The Information packet can be viewed in .html format here or downloaded in PDF format here. You will need the free acrobat reader to read the PDF form and that can be downloaded here.
